The CITO Program has been developed by Doctor Amjad Umar, Founder and CEO of NGE Solutions, Inc, a US-based Training, Research and Consulting firm that specializes in the Next Generation Enterprises (NGE). Dr. Umar is also Associate Vice Chancellor and Professor of the ISEM (Information Systems Engineering and Management) Program at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, in USA. He is also Chief Architect and Director of a United Nations Partnership (ICT4SIDS) and a Fulbright Senior Specialist on ICT.
