In CITO306, participants will learn about the key components of tech entrepreneurship, including idea generation, market research, product development, funding strategies, and growth hacking. The course covers topics such as lean startup methodology, agile product development, customer validation, business model canvas, and venture capital fundraising. Through a combination of lectures, workshops, case studies, and guest speaker sessions featuring successful tech entrepreneurs, participants will gain practical insights and guidance on how to navigate the challenges and opportunities of building and scaling tech startups.
