Course Description

Many organizations around the globe are transforming their businesses by using cutting edge technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchains, IoTs and the Cloud). However, most digital transformations fail to meet customer expectations. This short course goes beyond CITO101 and CITO102 and concentrates on strategic planning that leads to successful transformations. The knowledge, methodologies and tools used in this course are based on graduate level research and education in the United States, combined with practical work with the United Nations in multiple developing countries. Through immersive discussions and hands-on experiments, you will explore how global systems can be planned, engineered and transformed by using the latest developments.  Extensive case studies and hands-on assignments are used throughout the course with strong encouragement to pursue your own areas of interest.
